Details about Our Comfort Plan and How It Can Help You

We often receive questions through email or on the phone about our maintenance service. We offer a special maintenance plan called the Comfort Plan, and it can make a tremendous difference for customers when it comes to more than comfort—it’s a great way to save money and enjoy peace of mind that a heating and AC system will remain safe and operational around the year.

Maintenance visits for both your heater and AC: Our Comfort Plan is about your comfort all 12 months of the year. In spring, our technicians will come out to inspect and tune-up your air conditioning system or heat pump. Then in fall we’ll do the same for your heating system. (If you have a heat pump, it will need to have maintenance done twice a year.)
First-response scheduling: As a member of the Comfort Club, you have priority when it comes to scheduling service of any kind. When you call us, your call goes to the front of the service queue.
Free diagnostic: Worried that something is wrong with your heater or air conditioner? Just give us a call, and the diagnostic work is free.
No troubleshooting charges: The basic steps of trouble-shooting problems are also free.
20% discounts: We offer a 20% discount off of all billable repairs. There are other service discounts as well, which we’ll be glad to go over in detail with you.
Discounts for multiple units: Do you rely on more than one heating or cooling system? We offer discounts for working with more than one during maintenance visits.
Free quotes on upgrades and accessories: We want to make it as easy as possible for you to make your comfort system better, so we’ll provide free quotes on installations for all upgrades and additions.
